loved our relaxing break in Ludham. Bakers Cottage exceeded expectations with its high standard renovation, thoughtful snacks, and cozy feel. The central location and nearby village shop were so convenient. We enjoyed the outside seating area and charming touches like the book about Potter Heigham. Can't wait to come back!
No television in one of the bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this idyllic cottage in a beautiful village. The cottage itself was homely and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hosts, Bridget and Michael, were superb and provided a warm welcome with homemade scones and jam. The location was perfect, with a great pub just 30 seconds away that served delicious pub grub and local ale. There were also plenty of brilliant attractions within a 20-minute drive. We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hosts provided a Christmas tree and goodies, which was a thoughtful touch. The outside area was lovely to sit in and enjoy breakfast. The kitchen had all the necessary facilities, and the owner even left us homemade scones with butter and jam as a lovely gesture. The location was great, with a pub and village shop just seconds away. The cottage had a nice sun trap garden and parking right outside the front door. a fantastic and convenient place to stay.

The location of the cottage is superb, with a village shop, butchers, and pub serving food just around the corner. It's also a great base for exploring the area and getting to the beaches. The cottage itself is compact and comfortable, with everything meticulously organized and pristine. The hosts are excellent at communication and provide thoughtful touches like milk, butter, scones, and jam. The kitchen is fully equipped, and DVDs, books, and games are also provided.
The only downside is the lack of internet access in the cottage, although there is phone signal and nearby pubs/cafés offer free Wi-Fi.

The cottage was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, showing us around and explaining how things worked. The location of the cottage was excellent, with a shop and pub nearby for convenience. We also enjoyed the lovely touches like fresh flowers and a welcome snack.
It would have been helpful to be able to stream TV or research places to visit. The shower in the cottage was also quite poor, to the point where we decided not to use it on one day.

The location of the cottage is excellent, with a village shop just across the road that is open until 9pm every night. This makes it convenient for any last-minute needs. there is a traditional tea house and a butcher nearby, making it easy to find a quick bite to eat. The cottage itself is small but has everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The host is also welcoming, providing a tour of the property and even offering scones and jam as a warm welcome gesture.
Parking can be a bit of a hassle, as the cottage is situated on a narrow and busy road near a blind bend. It's difficult to park just off the road with the wheels on the pavement, which may require parking further away from the property.

The cottage was beautifully renovated and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The host was lovely and provided thoughtful snacks upon our arrival. The location was also great, with a traditional tea house just across the street and a butcher around the corner. The bus station was right outside the door, making it convenient to explore the area. We also enjoyed the beautiful countryside views, just a few steps away from the city.
One major drawback was the lack of WiFi. It should be made more obvious in the description that there is no internet or WiFi at the property.
